The staff here were incredibly kind and helpful. The service provided was top-notch, from the moment I arrived to the day of departure. The room amenities were excellent, with a comfortable sitting area and a wide range of free toiletries. I also appreciated having an electric kettle and a television with an alarm clock. The dining options were impressive, with a delicious breakfast spread and a variety of options to choose from. The staff made sure to cater to all my needs and I felt truly pampered during my stay. Additionally, the leisure facilities, including the Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV, were a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring.
If you're planning to visit this venue, I recommend bringing your own car as there is no public transport nearby. However, the hotel does provide a free shuttle service to a nearby ski resort, which is convenient for skiing enthusiasts.

The stunning mountain views from the outdoor bath were incredible, and the breakfast selection was varied and delicious. The free shuttle bus was helpful to reach local attractions and the staff were kind and accommodating. The peaceful location was perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
The dinner menu may be challenging for those unfamiliar with Japanese cuisine, and if you don't have your own transportation, it may be difficult to explore the surrounding area. there were some minor issues with the lack of Wi-Fi and laundry facilities, which may be inconvenient for longer stays.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The outdoor onsen was definitely one of the best aspects, allowing us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The Japanese style room was very comfortable and we loved the traditional design. The staff provided excellent service, being both helpful and polite. The food at the hotel was also a highlight, with delicious sukiyaki and yakiniku options.
In terms of negative aspects, there was nothing that we didn't like. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and relaxing getaway in the mountains.

The hotel had nice views of the majestic mountains that made my mornings special. the breakfast staff was friendly and very accommodating, and the variety of breakfast items they offered was impressive. Although the hotel was a little isolated, it was actually a positive for me as it gave me the peace and quiet that I needed. the hotel had a good selection of onsen, which allowed me to unwind after a long day of exploring the nearby towns.
the language barrier also caused confusion with the dinner reservation policy, which stated that guests should confirm their reservation a day in advance.
